        shout - communicate loudly with the surrounding area

SYNOPSIS
        shout <string>
        shout in <language>: <string>	

DESCRIPTION
        This allows you to shout loudly. Not only can everyone in your
        immediate vicinity hear what you shout, but also those in the
        nearby area. NOTE: This is not a global shout, as found in
        some other muds.

        string - any printable characters
