Rather than losing a fixed amount of vitality when you die, the vitality loss will now depend on several factors. Positive factors are:<\/p>\n<p>1) The priest who resurrects you serves the same deity as you do.<br \/>\n2) The priest is a player rather than an NPC.<br \/>\n3) Your karma is perfect in the eyes of the god who resurrects you.<br \/>\n4) You have a lot of favour with the god who resurrects you.<\/p>\n<p>Needless to say that it would be a very, very bad idea to ask for resurrection at a shrine whose god is an enemy of yours, while you have no favour and bad karma.<\/p>\n<p>If you fulfill all or most of the positive requirements, you will lose less vitality than with the old system.
